They use to call this the city of dreams but after Marilyn Monroe and her death, it seems like all the lives that end up here, end up like nightmares. The stars on the side walk is pretty much just a famous graveyard except there is no bones barred under it. Figuratively speaking, no actual bones lay under the Hollywood stars side walk but if you wanna speak about sweat, blood and tears, there so many demons, bones and ghost under this town that you may as well call it a breeding ground for the devil.
People come to this city, with dreams and hope for the best..when all they get in return is heartbreak, disappointment and loneliness. You need to be tough in this city, you need to have an open mind, you need to know how to dodge bullets (perhaps literally) and you need to not feel pain. You cant stay down when your being kicked, you need to stand up and make your self more different then the other 30 thousand that go there with a dream. The difference between you and everyone else is that, your determination needs to be high.
They call it ‘The City Of Angels’ and yet that is ironic cause this city may be filled with angels of famous deceased stars but in reality, its filled with devils, people waiting to end your career, people wanting things from you and not caring what you want in return. If you cant fight and stand up and your determination is lacking, then this town will eat your ass up and spit you out and all you will ever be is a ‘could have been’.
Your dream needs to be bigger then everyone else's, you need to jump high for your dream, so then you can fly with the angels up above.
